Richard Nixon shortly after being elected to his second term had a big problem. His hand picked associates were being exposed for a break-in at the DNC office at Watergate Hotel. Even worse was a leak of information about the crime was actually coming from coming a member of his own team, referred as Deep Throat. He faced impeachment from Democrats in Congress. Meeting with his aides. they discussed his chances of the possibilities of surviving this threat. Soon after, he was told by Republicans that were going to impeach him also. Quickly he resigned in disgrace. Yet to the GOP, there were 2 very evil villains that participated in this event. Members of the Liberal Bias Media Cartel. Reporters named Woodward and Bernstein and they should be all to blame.
In 1992 Bill Clinton was elected President. This had to just burn Russ Bimbo up, a liberal in the White House after 12 years of tax breaks for the rich. The radio talk show host needed a crime, a scandal, an embarrassment. Still remembering what they had done to Mr. Nixon.
Whitewater, a land scheme, which the Clinton's made thousands probably millions in a underhanded real estate scheme. Nope...They lost $10,000 on the deal. Travelgate..Hillary Clinton made a comment that might have lead to the firing of 5 staffers. (whiteWATER, travelGATE). This actually made national news but nobody could figure out what the crime was. But, Ronald Reagan, fired approximately 130 of his own staff and was judged by a different standard. His objective was: Starve the poor, Feed the rich, Wipe out the middle class. Then claimed to be doing everything for God and Country.
Then there was Kenny Starr, who could ultimately embarrass Mr. Clinton by releasing the interrogation transcripts that he had with Monica. Opps..Pornagraphy.. The American people didn't need all that information.
Impeachment..Yes..Impeachment, finally revenge. Reporters asked Henry Hyde of Illinois the manager of this process, "Are you going to impeach a President over a affair?" He replied, "We go by the rule of Law the Law of the land," Of course, these Laws don't apply to Bush and Cheney, because they have morals, family values, and they represent God.
When Republicans controlled both bodies of legislation on Capitol Hill, President Clinton had a problem getting any bills passed. So he called them the Do Nothing Congress. I can just imagine John Boehner of Ohio saying during the upcoming November election campaign. Well.. What we have is a Do Nothing Congress.. Even though the Democrats have a big majority they can't get any meaningful legislation passed. They can't even agree on what should go in the bills that they propose. Obviously.. there is Only One solution.. The American voters need to elect Republicans. We will agree on and pass important legislation, that will be good bills that the peoples really want, not the harmful proposals that the Democrats try to force through.
Because the Democrats are not united, many good citizens are getting very concerned that we will GO BACK to the "Reign of Failure" policies of Cheney-Bush administration.
DEMOCRATS... you need to take the Moral high ground and pass Health Care Reform Bill. Which would give the poor and middle classes access to affordable medical insurance and needs to include a Public Option to be effective.. And finally relating to a similar message that William Jeferson Clinton had said in his last address to the Nation. Giving aide to families is Real Family Values..AMEN..
